Avery's in a new daycare this week. It's closer to home, it's smaller, and it's cheaper. She's into separation anxiety now and it's sometimes hard to leave her at daycare.
She pretty much eats anything that we eat nowadays... minus beef, pork, anything with added salt... and she's getting really good at using a fork. Spoon- not as well- takes a lot more coordination and balance to successfully transport food on a spoon.
In addition to the left-to-right head swaying that she does to music (and when she disagrees with something) she has also learned the up&down to communicate "yes" or "mmm...mmm" when she eats something delicious.
Her new favorite toy is her fridge farm where she can match (or mismatch) pieces of animals and stick them to the fridge. The fridge farm then sings to her, she claps, bends her knees a few times, and dances.
